Operating model

The platform operates as a data processor under Peruvian Ley 29733; the treating physician is the data controller. All conversations are stored with traceability for clinical review.

The platform does not diagnose and does not prescribe. It captures structured triage information and surfaces it to the treating physician, with explicit safety routing for acute scenarios (Poison Control redirection, emergency-services escalation).
